Since establishment, Trinity Transitional House has acted as a catalyst for community mobilization, offering comprehensive homelessness prevention resources and intervention services for at women and families.
HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION
We provide essential resources for homelessness prevention, including food, clothing, hygiene bags, feminine products, diapers, and wipes, specifically for displaced women, single mothers, and children in Chester, Darby, and Delaware County, PA. At Trinity, our mission is to create impactful opportunities for women and mothers in need. By offering access to vital resources, we empower individuals to their strengths, boost their confidence, and achieve their full potential.
MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES & SOCIAL EMOTIONAL COMPETENCIES
