Safe Haven Hearts (Shh) Crisis Response Program
Safe Haven Hearts (SHH) Crisis Response Program The Safe Haven Hearts (SHH) Crisis Response Program provides immediate support through emergency referrals, pick‑ups, and self‑registrations. A dedicated team of trained crisis staff and volunteers is deployed within the community to identify and assist mothers in distress.
The Crisis Unit can be dispatched directly from Trinity Transitional House’s 24‑hour hotline, ensuring rapid response when needed. In addition to crisis intervention, the SHH Program offers outreach, education, and essential resources such as food, clothing, shoes, toiletries, sanitary products, diapers, baby wipes, school supplies, and—when funding allows—hotel and transportation vouchers. These services are designed to meet the urgent needs of women, children, and families facing instability, providing both immediate relief and pathways to longer‑term support.
