The House of Success
Trinity Transitional House is a non-profit organization founded under Pennsylvania law for the purpose of providing housing resources and programming for displace mothers and their children. Trinity Transitional House was incorporated in March of 2021 by Trina Smith.
Trinity Transitional House provides resources and safe housing opportunities for underserved mothers in Delaware County through a safe and loving environment.

Trinity Transitional House is a non-profit organization 501(c)(3), under Pennsylvania law for the purpose of providing housing resources and programming for displaced mothers and their children. Trinity Transitional House was incorporated in March of 2021.
Trinity's Mission is to coordinate homeless prevention and transitional housing services for women and single mothers whose livelihood is threatened by loss of housing. Trinity Transitional House is embarking on the opening of their first safe residential facility in Delaware County, Pa. In this new space Trinity will offer emergency temporary housing and connect residents and other mothers in need to ongoing individual counseling, coaching, and transitional support.
