Trinity’s Mission:
Trinity Transitional House is committed to coordinating homelessness prevention and transitional housing services for displaced women and single mothers whose livelihoods are at risk due to loss of housing. Our vision is to establish a brick‑and‑mortar residential facility in Delaware County, PA, that provides a safe and supportive environment. Within this space, Trinity will offer emergency temporary housing alongside programs and workshops through the Safe Haven Crisis Response Program and 12 comprehensive, data‑driven Life Skills initiatives. These services will be complemented by ongoing individual counseling, coaching, and transitional support to empower women and families toward stability and independence.
